offer Zauberwelt: A Magical World of German
Language Immersion Experiences
Appropriate for beginners and experienced German learners.
Zaubertag:
At the German Haus at 7901 SE Division Street.
Theme: Märchen und Mittelalter (Fairy Tales & the
Middle Ages). We’ll read & act out traditional and modern
versions of fairy tales.

Zauberwald:
Resident camp at the Menucha Retreat and Conference Center in the Columbia
Gorge, 22 miles from Portland.
Theme: Germanen (Teutons) travel back in time
for a taste of life during the Teutonic Empire of knights —with
a few modern touches.
Dates: Sunday, July 11th (11 a.m.) to Friday, July
16th
Friday evening, watch your children perform in German at 6 p.m. at the
camp and stay for a family-style dinner with real German food.
Camper ages: 8-15.

Cost: $600 ($75 discount if paid in full by June 1,
2009) $100 deposit required to hold spot. All tuition due in full by
