Berlin Sound: DJ Dance Party

Ed2000, a DJ from Berlin, will perform at a party at the Holocene designed for younger audiences. Music originating from the breaks- and electronica scenes will bring innovative and fresh styles from contemporary Germany to the American club scene. He has djed extensively world wide, and has been continuously broadcasting regularly both via fm and net radio, since 1993.
He currently has regular radio shows on http://www.multicult20.de  and http://www.bln.fm as well as a work schedule that is currently running at 15 to 20 gigs a month. 

He has always been a champion of the new and innovative and currently spins a mix of frontline beats from techfunk and bassline driven breaks to electro and deeper minimal sounds for the club party, and a wide range of seductive grooves and evocative atmospheres in his lounge sets, ranging from the dubbier end of dubstep to diverse electronica and the deeper end of house.
